Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Lore jewelry. However, if you're unhappy with your piece, please contact us within one week of delivery and we'll be happy to exchange it or refund your payment, minus the shipping.
Item must be in original condition and returned before exchange or refund.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping and delivery.
Shipping
U.S. shipping only, via USPS First Class. Please double check that your address is correct when ordering!
We'll notify you when we've shipped your package, which should arrive within 3-5 business days. Lore Stoneworks is not responsible for replacement if it goes missing or is lost or damaged during shipping and delivery. If you'd like to add insurance to your package, please contact us and we'll be happy to add it to your order.
