Crow Springs TurquoisePendant

This necklace features a minty blue-green turquoise pendant that's woven throughout with a reddish brown Rhyolite matrix (the base rock found in this natural stone). We sourced the turquoise from the Crow Springs mine in Esmeralda County, Nevada known for its collectable stone as well as gold and silver. The 925 silver bezel mimics the stone's slightly organic oblong shape and includes small notches and etched tick marks along the edges.
 
The pendant is strung on a graduated mix of micro-faceted turquoise beads ranging across the full spectrum of the turquoise palette — from pale mint and sage green to deep teal, near-black and warm brown. Each bead is unique, with many showing a matrix pattern. The overall feeling is earthy with bit of a wild west feel (think desert sand and sage).
 
Size: 2" long from the top of the bail to the bottom of the pendant and 1" wide (5 x 2.5 cm).
Necklace is 16 1/2" long including the clasp (42 cm).
