New Lander Turquoise Teardrop Pendant

While much of the turquoise coming out of the New Lander mine in northern Nevada tends toward green, this pendant features a classic turquoise-blue cabochon with a light brown matrix (the base rock often found in all-natural stone). It reminds us of a speckled bird's egg, giving it a delicate, earthy feel. 
 
Hand cut and polished and set in a hand-etched, 925 silver bezel, it features small silver embellishments next to the bail.

Size: 1 5/8" long from the top of the bail to the bottom of the pendant and 3/4" wide (approx 4 x 2 cm).
 
Weight: .25 oz (7 g).
 
Pair with: Silver chain, or a brown silk or leather cord that matches the stone's creamy brown highlights.
