Prince Variscite Pendant with Black Tourmaline Necklace
This variscite stone (a close cousin to turquoise) comes from the Prince mine in Nevada. Because no new stone is coming from this mine, this pendant is not only unique but a rare find. It features creamy mint-green hue with jet black threads of base rock.
The wide-oval stone is polished to a high luster and is set in a 925 silver frame with uneven edges and a wide bail. The overall appearance is a unique combination of soft and bold! This pendant features an open back so you can wear the variscite near your heart where it promotes calm and balance.
The pendant is strung on an 18" necklace of black tourmaline beads that mirror the black matrix in the stone, with sterling beads and chain at the back.
Size: 1 11/16" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the pendant (4.2 cm) by 1" wide (2.5 cm). Necklace strand is 18" including the clasp.
